BBQ Sandwich: Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Louisiana Hot Lind or Grilled Chicken Breast.

$11.95 per person.

(One sandwich per guest)
Tri-Tip Sandwich: $13.95 per person (One sandwich per guest)

Hot Dogs and Brats $10.95 per person
Hamburgers $12.95 per person

(Condiments: Lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, mustard, relish, mayo, ketchup)
BJ's House Made Brats:
 Cheddar Jalapeno Brat or

Black Pepper Garlic Brat all with peppers and onions. $10.95 per person
(One sandwich per guest)

 

Included with the sandwiches are barbecued beans and a choice of one other side:
potato salad, coleslaw, Louisiana dirty rice, tossed green salad,
macaroni and cheese or sweet potato crunch.

 

 

Price includes sturdy paper plates, napkins and utensils, buffet table decorations and linens.   Our standard buffet time is 1 ¼ hours, unless you have made prior arrangements.  Extended serving time may incur additional cost. Add 8.265% sales tax and 15% gratuity. You will be charged for your guaranteed number of guests plus any extra people we serve.

 

Beverages: Soda and bottled water - $1.50 each. Fresh squeezed lemonade - $3.00 per person. Ice tea - $2.50 per person. Beer and wine available.

 

Desserts: Brownies with ice cream - $4.50 Apple crisp with ice cream - $4.50 per person.
