Giving Back to the Community

BJs is very pleased to be able to help our community in several unique fund rasing events. Browse through some of our endeavors below. Each fundraising project below has its own page with information on how you can help.

BJ's Giving Back
Since 1986, BJ's Nevada Barbecue Co. has been a family owned and operated business in the Sparks community. We are happy to be able to give back to the community that has supported our business for the past 23 years.

Children's Cabinet
This summer BJ's Nevada Barbecue Co. will be donating a portion of our profits from every sale of our products at any Nevada Scolari's Food & Drug Company. This promotion will start on May 1st and will end on September 30th 2009.

Bottle Count as of May 1st: 7,344 bottles.

Reno Rodeo Foundation
Since 1986, The Reno Rodeo Foundation has been enhancing and enriching the lives of Northern Nevada families by aiding children with extraordinary needs, building community partnerships and providing scholarship to the University of Nevada, Reno.

Legends of the Game
The celebrity golf and poker tournament Friday May 29th-31st, where all proceeds go to help Evelyn Mount's Community Outreach Program.

Taste for Jazz
Over 50 Premium Wineries and Dozens of Local Cuisine. Plus Live Jazz music. All proceeds go to C*A*R*E Chest of Sierra Nevada. Go to our Event Photo Gallery to check out pictures from this event.
