Meats: Award Winning BJ's BBQ'd Ribs, Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Smoked Chicken, Grilled Tri Tip, Pepper Crusted Pork Loin with Bourbon Sauce, Louisiana Hot Link, Smoked Turkey Breast. Smoked Salmon available for an additional price.

BJ's Signature Chicken BBQ: Cooked on-site in an open pit. 100 guest minimum. Chickens are coated during the cooking process with our special sauce. Each guest gets a delicious half chicken (Fair weather only)

Sides: (pick any 3) BBQ'd beans, Potato salad, Coleslaw, Louisiana Dirty Rice, Tossed Green Salad, Southwest Caesar Salad, Southern Baked Corn, Red potatoes with garlic and presto, Sinfully Seasoned Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potato Crunch or Macaroni and Cheese.

Breads: Fresh baked Cornbread or Fresh baked dinner rolls or ciabatta garlic bread

Includes Heavy paper plates, napkins and utensils, buffet table decorations and linens. Our standard buffet time is 1 1/4 hrs. unless you have made prior arrangements. Extended serving time may incur additional cost. Add 7.725% sales tax and 15% gratuity. You will be charged for your guaranteed number of guests plus any extra people we serve.

Beverages: Soda/Bottled Water $1.75 each. Fresh squeezed Lemonade $2.25 per person. Iced tea $2.00 per person. Beer and Wine available.

Desserts: Brownies with Ice Cream or Apple Crisp with Ice Cream $2.50 per person. Bread pudding with Bourban Pecan Sauce $3.00 per person.
