BBQ Sandwiches Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket or Louisiana Hot Link,  Italian Sausage with peppers and onions or grilled Chicken Breast  $9.95 (One Sandwich per person) Grilled, Marinated Tri Tip Sandwich: $10.50 (One Sandwich per person)   Hot Dogs (1/4 lb.) And Hamburgers (1/3 lb) Condiments: Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese, Relish, Mustard, Ketchup, Mayo and Onions $9.95 Included with the Sandwiches are BBQ'd beans and a choice of one other side: Potato salad, Coleslaw, Mac and Cheese, Louisiana Dirty Rice, Tossed Green Salad, Southern Baked Corn or Sweet Potato Crunch Add 7.725% sales tax and 15% gratuity

Includes heavy paper plates, napkins and utensils, buffet table decorations and linens. Our standard buffet time is 1 1/4 hrs. unless you have made prior arrangements. Extended serving time may incur additional cost. You will be charged for your guaranteed number of guests plus any extra people we serve.

Beverages: Soda/Bottled Water $1.75 each.   Fresh squeezed Lemonade $2.25 or Iced tea $2.00 a person.    Beer and Wine available.

Desserts: Brownies with Ice Cream or Apple Crisp with Ice Cream $2.50.  Bread pudding with Bourbon Pecan Sauce $3.00.
